Für unseren Kunden mit Standort in Winterthur suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit alsProduct Owner:in Security, Identity & Access 80–100%

mit Startdatum so bald wie möglich oder nach Vereinbarung.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der Produkte im Bereich Sicherheit und IAM-Infrastruktur
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in Absprache mit diversen Ansprechgruppen, inkl. IT-Architektur und -Sicherheit im Rahmen einer agilen Kultur (z. B. Pflege des Backlogs, Erstellung von User Stories etc.)
  • Aufbereitung der Quartalplanung und Integration von ausgewählten Features im Agile Release Train in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams
  • Gestaltung der entsprechenden Geschäftsprozesse rund um Sicherheit und Identitätsmanagement, zusammen mit den Fachbereichen aus Administration, Lehre und Forschung
  • Planung aller Aktivitäten rund um die Inbetriebnahme von neuen Features, Kommunikation mit betroffenen Parteien und Koordination von Aufgaben zwischen den Teams
  • Mitgestaltung der «Next Generation» Sicherheit und Identity & Access Management Solutions
REQUIRED PROFILE:
  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Uni/FH/HF) in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Breite praktische Erfahrung in der IT, vorzugsweise im Bereich Sicherheitsinfrastrukturen und Identitätsmanagement sowie idealerweise auch in Standards und Prüfungsnormen (z. B. ISO, NIST, BSI etc.)
  • Ausbildung als Product Owner und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in dieser Rolle
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Wirkungsermessung
  • Innovative und ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung und eine Leidenschaft für eine hohe Produktqualität
  • Ganzheitlich-strategisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte, methodische Arbeitsweise, um die Korrektheit der gelieferten Lösungen zu gewährleisten
  • Umsetzungsorientierte, entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit mit kommunikativem Flair und gesundem Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Lösungsorientierte Haltung und die Fähigkeit, Zielkonflikte konstruktiv zu bereinigen
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit und Freude an agilen Arbeitsweisen (z.B SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
