Your Tasks

Provide excellent customer support for technical publications inquiriesFacilitate the processing of customer documentation orders to ensure accurate and timely deliveryManage customer contracts and data effectivelyOrganize and maintain documentation archivesCompile and dispatch documentation packagesAssist with general documentation management tasks

With this you convince us

Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level)Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software is advantageousDemonstrated affinity for IT systems and technologyStrong interpersonal skills with a professional telephone mannerAbility to work with a structured and organized approachCapable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
