  • In questa funzione entusiasmante,sviluppi attivamente, come "esperta o esperto di metodologie",progetti di innovazione utilizzando le metodologied'innovazione più comuni (ad esempio, Design Thinking, LeanStartup) e li metti in pratica abilmente e conattenzione.
  • Nel ruolo di Realizer, assumi laresponsabilità complessiva dei progetti di innovazione e sviluppoassegnati, dall'esplorazione, alla validazione fino allancio sul mercato.
  • In questo contesto, valutile esigenze dei clienti e del mercato, chiarisci la fattibilitàtecnica ed economica e definisci modelli di business e forme diimplementazione adeguati (ad esempio, partenariato, finanziamento,ecc.).
  • Sviluppi forme organizzative eprocedurali adeguate affinché il passaggio all'operativitàdopo la fase di incubazione avvenga senzaintoppi.
  • Con specialisti interni ed esterni,accompagni lo sviluppo di concetti Go2Market durante il lancio sulmercato.

  • Hai una formazione superiore ineconomia aziendale o tecnica (università, ETH, FH oequivalente).
  • La tua pluriennale esperienzaprofessionale nel campo dell'innovazione e dello sviluppoaziendale ti aiuta a affrontare questa sfida variegata concompetenza.
  • Ci convinci con una forte affinitàper le tecnologie, la digitalizzazione e le nuove applicazioni nelsettore della mobilità e porti una forte orientamento al servizio ealla pratica/implementazione.
  • È richiesta lacompetenza nell'applicazione di metodi agili come DesignThinking, Lean Startup, moderazione di workshop ecoaching.
  • Ti distinguono ottime capacità dipensiero concettuale, sistemico eanalitico.
  • Una perfetta padronanza del tedescoo del francese, con buone conoscenze dell'altra lingua,così come una buona conoscenza dell'inglese completano iltuo profilo.
