  • Dans cette fonction passionnante, tudéveloppes activement en tant qu'" expert/e en méthodes "des projets d'innovation en utilisant les méthodologiesd'innovation courantes (par exemple, Design Thinking, LeanStartup) et tu les mets en pratique de manière habile etréfléchie.
  • En tant que Realizer, tu assumes laresponsabilité globale des projets d'innovation et dedéveloppement qui te sont attribués, de l'exploration, à lavalidation jusqu'à l'introduction sur lemarché.
  • Ce faisant, tu évalues les besoins desclients et du marché, examines la faisabilité technique etéconomique et définis des modèles d'affaires et des formesde mise en œuvre appropriées (par exemple, partenariat,financement, etc.).
  • Tu développes des formesorganisationnelles et procédurales appropriées afin que latransition vers l'exploitation après la phased'incubation réussie se fasse sansheurts.
  • Avec des spécialistes internes etexternes, tu accompagnes le développement de concepts Go2Marketlors de l'introduction sur lemarché.

  • Tu as une formation supérieure engestion d'entreprise ou en technique (université, ETH, HESou équivalent).
  • Ton expérience professionnellede plusieurs années dans le domaine de l'innovation et dudéveloppement des affaires t'aide à relever ce défi variéavec compétence.
  • Tu nous convaincs par uneforte affinité pour les technologies, la digitalisation et lesnouvelles applications dans le domaine de la mobilité et apportesune forte orientation vers le service et la mise en œuvrepratique.
  • La compétence dansl'application des méthodes agiles comme le Design Thinking,Lean Startup, la modération d'ateliers ainsi que lecoaching est requise.
  • Tu te distingues par uneexcellente capacité de pensée conceptuelle, systémique etanalytique.
  • Une maîtrise parfaite del'allemand ou du français avec de bonnes connaissances del'autre langue, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances enanglais complètent ton profil.
