Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Leitung von Projekten im Werkzeugbau, Spritzgiesswerkzeuge von der Konstruktion bis zur Inbetriebnahme Leitung von Prozessoptimierungen sowie Spezialprojekte innerhalb der Abteilung Abstimmung der Projekttermine und technische Unterstützung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben sowie Überwachung der Projekt-Kosten und -Termine Engpässe, Fehler und Konflikte frühzeitig erkennen und korrektive Massnahmen einleiten Fachliche Leitung des Projektteams und Förderung des Teamzusammenhalts Entscheidung über "make or buy" von Spritzgiesswerkzeugen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der AVOR und dem strategischen Einkauf Auswerten von Projekten
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker oder Konstrukteur Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF/FH, oder langjährige Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Spritzgiesswerkzeugherstellung (Konstruktion, Fertigung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung) Erfahrung als Projektleiter technischer Projekte Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, diplomatisches Geschick, Teamplayer und Erfahrung in einer Schnittstellenfunktion Organisationstalent Englischkenntnisse auf kommunikationssicherem Niveau
