Notre client est un consortium des leaders mondiaux de l'industrie du luxe.
Il recherche un Chef de Produit Blockchain dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle est crucial pour traduire nos stratégies commerciales en tâches de développement concrètes et assurer la livraison en temps voulu de nos étapes clés du produit.
Responsabilités :
Faire le lien entre la stratégie produit et le développement.
Gérer et prioriser le backlog produit.
Traduire les stratégies de l'équipe de développement commercial et des responsables de marque en tâches de développement.
Recueillir les exigences des clients et des marques.
Travailler avec l'équipe de développement principale pour s'assurer que les étapes clés du produit sont livrées à temps.
Faciliter l'alignement au sein du Consortium sur les nouvelles exigences et les futures feuilles de route.
Définir la vision et la stratégie du produit.
Animer les réunions quotidiennes et autres cérémonies Agile.
Créer et maintenir la documentation API.
Compétences et aptitudes requises :
Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Owner ou Chef de Projet.
Solide connaissance des méthodologies Agile et Scrum.
Esprit ouvert pour appliquer un Scrum adapté si nécessaire pour atteindre les objectifs à court et moyen terme.
Expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de développeurs (y compris à distance).
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en priorisation.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Esprit d'équipe avec de fortes compétences en engagement, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
Compétences et aptitudes souhaitées :
Expérience préalable avec la Blockchain / Web3.
Maîtrise de l'utilisation de Jira pour les méthodologies Scrum et Kanban.
Expérience en design et développement frontend.
Familiarité avec les produits basés sur des logiciels/API.
Expérience de travail avec des produits d'entreprise hautement techniques.
