Supply Chain Koordinator (w/m/x) – Metropolregion Basel

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Organisation der termingerechten Abfertigung von Frachtsendungen (Teil- und Komplettladungen) in die jeweiligen Länder/Regionen.
  • Disposition der LKWs und Überwachung der korrekten Warenabfertigung.
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Zoll- und Frachtdokumenten (Import/Export/Transit).
  • Regelmäßiger Kontakt (Telefon, Mail, Direktkontakt) mit Fahrern, Spediteuren und Zollbehörden zur Unterstützung und Beratung.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Offerten/Aufträgen sowie bei der Abrechnung und Erfassung von Zahlungsdaten.
  • Vertretung von Kollegen bei Abwesenheiten und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Transportabwicklung im Team.

Was bringst Du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Disposition in einem internationalen Speditions-, Transport- oder Logistikunternehmen.
  • Weiterbildung zur Speditionsfachfrau/zum Speditionsfachmann oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation von Vorteil.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollwesen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Word, Excel, eos (eoscop) und Teams.
  • Freude am regelmäßigen Austausch mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Teamplayer mit einer offenen und unterstützenden Haltung im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Spanisch- oder Portugiesischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil. Englischkenntnisse zwingend.
