To strengthen our Graphic & VM department we are looking for a

Visual Merchandiser (f/m/d)

In this position, you'll be responsible for designing in-store retail displays that elevate brand representation, enhance customer experience, and drive sales. You will oversee all window displays, ensuring they align with seasonal themes. To achieve this, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and graphic teams to develop and implement visual merchandising concepts that embody Akris' vision and objectives. Additionally, you'll organize and manage exchanges with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
You will also travel to our stores across the EU to regularly review in-store displays and train store managers on effective visual execution. Moreover, you'll coach sales associates on product knowledge, visual standards, and customer service skills to maintain consistency across all locations. Working with our digital teams will be crucial to applying the same visual merchandising standards both online and offline.To excel in this role, you should have a background in Visual Merchandising, a minimum of 4 years of experience in the fashion or luxury sector and be fluent in both spoken and written English. A creative mindset, strong project and budget management skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office are essential. You should also be a team player with a keen sense of aesthetics and trends, flexibility, and a willingness to travel, along with a valid driver’s license.
