About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Akris AG. As a key member of our Graphic & VM department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing in-store retail displays that showcase our brand's aesthetic and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee all window displays, ensuring they align with seasonal themes and reflect our brand's vision.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and graphic teams to develop and implement visual merchandising concepts.
  • Organize and manage exchanges with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Travel to our EU stores to review in-store displays, train store managers on effective visual execution, and coach sales associates on product knowledge, visual standards, and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Background in Visual Merchandising with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong project and budget management skills, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and international environment, with a keen sense of aesthetics and trends, flexibility, and a willingness to travel.
