BUSINESS ANALYST

Si vous êtes passionné par le métier de Business Analyst, que vous cherchez constamment à apprendre et à enrichir vos compétences, alors vous êtes celui/celle que nous recherchons Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de Digital Solutions et serez impliqué dans des projets innovants.

rôle
  • Préparer et animer les ateliers / workshop sur la capture des besoins
  • Documenter les besoins/exigences et les consolider sous forme de « Backlog »
  • Intervenir sur des projets de design d'interfaces utilisateurs
  • Améliorer l'expérience et le ressenti utilisateurs
  • Préparer et conduire les sessions de tests fonctionnelles et UAT
  • Collaborer activement avec les PO, Experts Métier & designer UX-UI
  • Communiquer les différents évolutions technologiques au service concerné
  • Assurer la conduite et le suivi des projets en terme de planification, budget et communication
vos connaissances
  • Titre universitaire, ingénieur EPF, HES/ETS en informatique ou équivalent
  • Expertise en business analyse de projets IT
  • Expérience sur des projets orientés design et ergonomie des interfaces utilisateurs
  • Expérience dans la modélisation UML, BPMN, CMMN
  • Pratique des concepts et méthodologies agiles
