La clientèle de la BCV peut compter sur les compétences et les conseils des collaboratrices et des collaborateurs des différents départements Private Banking de la BCV.

Afin de soutenir le responsable du département Centre de compétences Private banking, nous cherchons une ou un

 

 

Assistante ou assistant de département Private Banking

 

 

Vos missions principales:

 

  • assurer l’ensemble des activités administratives, telles que rapports, statistiques, courriers et factures,
  • éditer et assurer la qualité de tout document émis par le département (présentations, textes, interventions, etc.),
  • apporter un soutien administratif aux chefs de secteurs du département,
  • veiller à la coordination des informations entre les services,
  • gérer les appels téléphoniques, et l’agenda du chef de département, en apportant une valeur ajoutée, et préparer les documents nécessaires à ses rendez-vous.

 

 

Votre profil:

 

  • expérience dans le domaine de l’assistanat, de préférence dans le domaine bancaire,
  • proactivité, adaptabilité, curiosité, rigueur et discrétion,
  • bonnes capacités de synthèse et de communication,
  • excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand serait un plus,
  • très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.
