Industry | Senior Legal Counsel | Baden | 6 months | 100% | Immediately | CHF 140’000+

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Labor & Employment law advice and counsel on the highest severity integrity

  • Draft employment-related agreements, including employment contracts, confidentiality, non-competes and separation agreements

  • Advice and counsel on risk mitigation as to Group Labor & Employment law matters

  • Educate and train key internal stakeholders on all Labor & Employment law

  • Guide disciplinary outcomes in relation to HR investigations

Experience:

  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein

  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus

  • Completed MLaw and/or relevant certification

  • Proven expertise in employment and labor law

  • Min. 5 years of PQE as a lawyer in an in-house function or an international firm
