Nous recherchons pour le compte d’un de nos clients un MS&T Senior Manager H / F – Neuchâtel - Pharma - Permanent


Missions :


  • Être responsable de la bonne réalisation de tous les projets de transfert technique
  • Manager l'équipe MS&T afin d'assurer le transfert transparent et réussi des produits et des processus
  • Coordonner les chefs de projet compétents pour gérer avec succès plusieurs projets en parallèle
  • Collaborer de manière proactive avec les départements internes et les collègues externes afin de mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour résoudre les problèmes et respecter les délais.
  • Être responsable des demandes des nouveaux clients, y compris les demandes de propositions
  • Comprendre rapidement ce qui est important pour le client et préparer des propositions innovantes qui répondent à ses besoins.
  • Être le point de contact unique pour les collègues de l’entreprise en ce qui concerne l'introduction de nouveaux produits
  • Etre responsable du modèle de calcul des coûts du site et de la communication interne de l'état d'avancement de l'introduction de nouveaux produits
  • Tenir des registres des interactions avec les nouveaux clients potentiels, y compris le statut des clients actuels et les opportunités potentielles
  • Recueillir les réactions et identifier les lacunes potentielles du site et la manière dont elles peuvent être comblées.

Très bonnes connaissances techniques et idéalement expérience du transfert de projets en phase clinique avancée et en phase commerciale aideront à superviser avec succès plusieurs projets en parallèle.

Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en industrie pharmaceutique 5 ans minimum en tech transfert et NPI
