Senior Scientist Tech Transfer
Votre mission :
· Ce poste est chargé de fournir un soutien technique au transfert de technologie et aux opérations commerciales liées à la culture cellulaire en amont des substances biologiques et la purification en aval.
· Ce poste soutiendra toutes les activités liées à MS&T pendant les transferts de technologie et fait partie de l'équipe de fabrication externe MS&T et de l'équipe de transfert de technologie.
Vos responsabilités :
· Représente l'équipe de fabrication externe MS&T pour fournir un soutien technique au processus de transfert de technologie des substances pharmaceutiques biologiques, y compris résolution des écarts, gestion des changements, réalisation des objectifs de rendement et optimisation des processus.
· Entretient de solides relations de travail avec les partenaires externes et internes.
· Développe et maintient une solide connaissance technique du processus et de l'équipement de processus.
· Suit l'avancement de la fabrication de routine par rapport au calendrier, fournit des mises à jour régulières et identifie de manière proactive les risques opérationnels et les mesures correctives.
· Assure une remontée rapide des problèmes techniques, de conformité ou de sécurité potentiels à l'équipe MS&T et s'associe aux ressources MS&T internes pour remédie.
· Soutenir les activités de transfert de technologie comme tâche principale
Votre profil :
· Maîtrise ou bachelor en sciences ou en génie chimique, génie mécanique, biotechnologie, biochimie ou discipline connexe.
· Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience et expérience dans la fabrication de substances pharmaceutiques.
· Une solide Connaissances pratiques des technologies liées à la culture de cellules de mammifères, à la purification de protéines thérapeutiques et à l'ingénierie des procédés.
· Aptitude démontrée en rédaction technique, connaissances informatiques et compétences en communication.
