With your knowledge and commitment, you will implement IoT solutions on our platforms for our customers. In discussions with customers, you determine their requirements and derive the configurations of our systems from them.

You take on board change requests and implement them. You are a valued point of contact for our customers if they have any other concerns.Your colleagues in the Design & Delivery team will help you with all these tasks and pass on their knowledge and experience to you.

Working on the technological front with state-of-the-art IoT wireless networks and cloud technologies Broad spectrum of tasks: Configuration of customer solutions on our platforms, incorporation of change requests, customer support Professional development opportunities in a competent team and with many training opportunities A sense of achievement together with our customers

Your skills

Completed vocational training (EFZ) as an ICT system and network technician or or similar training in the ICT field Knowledge of mobile communications and network technologies is an advantage Very good written and spoken German and English, good French or Italian is an advantage
