Mit einer Leitungsfunktion übernimmst Du in Zusammenarbeit mit der Co-Projektleitung die folgenden Aufgaben:

Konzeption, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Förderangeboten (Netzwerk, Workshops, Coaching- und Mentoring-Angebote, Wissenshub auf der Webseite) für Studierende in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Akteur*innen Entwicklung von massgeschneiderten Angeboten für Partnerhochschulen Professionalisierung der Organisationsstruktur Einbindung von Hochschulen und Förderplattformen in ein schweizweites Ökosystem Konzeption, Aufbau und Durchführung eines Leuchtturm-Angebotes zur Förderungvon studentischem Engagement in Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Hochschulen Planung, Management und Wirkungsmessung der Bildungsangebote Förderung von Zusammenarbeit in der Schweiz zum Thema studentisches Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit

Mit führender Funktion übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

Sicherung einer langfristigen Finanzierung mit Hochschulen, Stiftungen und anderen Förderinstitutionen aus Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft

Mit unterstützender Funktion wirkst Du bei folgenden Aufgaben mit:

Schweizweite und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation des Zentrums und dessen Angebote, inklusive Kommunikationsstrategie, Planung und Kreation von Social Media Content, Newsletter und Webseite Einbindung von Studierenden-Organisationen in ein schweizweites Ökosystem, insbesondere des VSN und VSS sowie deren Mitglied-Organisationen

Ihr Profil

Idealerweise bringst Du folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

Du bist in der Schweiz wohnhaft und kannst einmal pro Woche nach Bern pendeln Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Planung von Bildungsangeboten und/oder Events Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Fundraising und/oder Sponsoring Du verfügst über relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Leadership und Projektmanagement Du hast bereits zwei bis drei Jahre in einer Rolle mit hoher Selbstständigkeit gearbeitet; es ist selbstverständlich für Dich Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben Du hast Kenntnisse wie Schweizer Hochschulen sowie studentische Vereine und Projekte aufgebaut sind Du bist verlässlich, arbeitest selbstständig und exakt und stimmst Dich proaktiv mit Deinen Teammitgliedern sowie relevanten Akteur*innen ab Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Italienisch sind von Vorteil. Du verfügst über visionäre Kraft und kannst eine Idee zu einem Projekt entwickeln und unsere Stakeholder inspirieren mitzumachen
