Data Protection Officer / Conseiller à la protection des données
Vos missions principales:
- Assurer le rôle de premier interlocuteur pour la Banque sur les sujets liés à la protection des données critiques, à l'interne comme à l'externe.
- Conseiller et former les différentes parties prenantes sur les sujets liés à la protection des données critiques.
- Assurer l'application et le respect des prescriptions en matière de protection de données critiques notamment en terme de la tenue d'inventaire et de la mise en œuvre des profils de protection.
- Soutenir et superviser la mise en œuvre des dispositifs techniques et managériaux de la Banque dans le cadre de la protection des données critiques (gap analysis, maturity assessment, analyse de risque, analyse d'impact sur les affaires,...).
- Intégrer des règles et concepts requis dans la documentation du système de management de la sécurité de l'information de la Banque et du système de gestion de la continuité des affaires (SMSI ISO 27001 et SMCA ISO 22301).
- Participer à la vieille réglementaire afin d'assurer la mise en œuvre des nouvelles prescriptions en matière de protection des données critiques, en collaboration avec le département juridique.
- Produire et remonter efficacement des informations au management dans le cadre de rapport spécifique ou de risque identifiés.
- Participer à l'établissement de la stratégie sécurité en intégrant les améliorations et corrections requises dans le cadre de la protection des données.
- Définir et maintenir les profils de protection définis par la banque.
Votre profil:
- Formation supérieure EPFL / HES ou équivalent.
- Bonne compréhension des aspects liés à la FINMA 2023/1.
- Une compréhension de la LPD est souhaitable.
- Expérience dans un rôle de DPO ou similaire, avec une forte maitrise de l'informatique et des aspects techniques liés aux systèmes d'information.
- Expérience dans la mise en place programme de protection des données.
- Connaissance des standards/normes tels que NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 22301.
- Expérience reconnue dans le domaine de la cyber sécurité.
- Bon esprit d'équipe, excellentes capacités de communication et d'intégration.
- Bonne capacité analytique.
- Capacité à faire du coaching.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. L'allemand serait un plus.
Certification souhaitée dans le domaine de la sécurité:
- ISO 27001/ISO 22301 Lead Implementer ou ISO 27001/ISO 22301 Lead Auditor.
- CISM, CISA, CISSP ou autre.
