Was machst du als Commis de Rang (Commis)?

Du bist der Assistent/die Assistentin des (Stations-)Kellners.Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf und unterstützt und entlastest die (Stations-)Kellner bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben.Zu deinem Aufgabengebiet gehört außerdem die Vorbereitung und Kontrolle der Veranstaltungsräume.Du kümmerst dich nach dem Abräumen des Geschirrs um das Polieren des Bestecks und das Entfernen der Abräumstation.

Du denkst und handelst gastorientiert.Du besitzt gute Umgangsformen und Deutschkenntnisse.Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und Freundlichkeit zeichnen dich aus.Du bist flexibel, belastbar und kannst sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch auf Anweisungen handeln.Du arbeitest gern in einem Team und bist zudem engagiert und hilfsbereit.Darüber hinaus bist du bereit, schnell gastronomische Fähigkeiten zu erlernen.
