Boutique & Retail Intern

During your internship, you will:
Promote, place, and sell the products from our Maisons, as well as control the billing process (during opening hours). Monitor and coordinate the deliveries Oversee the Richemont Customer Service (RCS) Support the implementation of processes Develop solutions to improve the Boutique's operational effectiveness Support private sales events Managing the inventory both physically and digitally and execute data entry in our system Assist on daily operations and requestsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You are enrolled in a Bachelor program in hospitality management You have previous internship experience in the luxury industry You are flexible and proactive You are comfortable working in teams but can also manage to work on you own You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms You have a curious mind and can think out of the box Your work is organized and well structured You want to develop administrative skills and bring new ideas You are fluent in French and English , any additional language is a plus You are elligible to an internship agreement You are available for a 6-month internship starting onWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
