  • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and updating of computer systems and software for various departments.
  • Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing industry-standard security measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT solutions to their needs.
  • Document processes and maintain logs of issues and resolutions.
  • Lead projects to continuously improve the functionality and efficiency of IT systems.
  • Provide training and support to other IT staff and end-users to ensure competent and efficient use of technology resources.




  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Possesses at least 5 years of experience in IT support within a financial services environment.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Is proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in French is highly desirable.
