Wenn Sie offen für eine schnelllebige, operative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sind, dann können Sie aktiv die Zukunft von Siegfried mitgestalten und passen in unser Project Management Team Ihre Aufgaben: Der Projektmanager trägt die Gesamtverantwortung (mit Ausnahme der Businessverantwortung) für Projekte des Bereiches Research & Development von der Projektevaluation über Laborentwicklung, Aufstufung bis zur Prozesseinführung in die Produktion bzw. Abschluss der ersten Validierungskampagne. Diese Verantwortung umfasst: Projektevaluation (technische Machbarkeit, Entwicklungskosten, Risikomatrix) Definition des Projektumfangs (Scope) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam im Falle von Portfolioprojekten oder dem Business Development Manager (BDM) und dem Kunden im Falle von Exklusivprojekten Festlegung der Entwicklungsstrategie für den Prozess und die analytischen Methoden, die Sourcingstrategie (make or buy), die Validierungs- und die Registrierungsstrategie (z.B. API starting material, Regulatory starting material) fest in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen, dem zuständigen Business Development Manager (BDM) und gegebenenfalls dem Kunden Aufstellen eines realisierbaren Projektplanes inklusive Meilensteinplan, der Projektziele, Ressourcenbedarf, Kosten- und Investitionsbudget Leitung und Coaching des Projektteams und Vorantreiben von Problemlösungsprozessen Realisation des Projektumfangs (on time, in full, in budget, in specs)  Projektcontrolling (Scope-, Termin-, Budgeteinhaltung)  Kontinuierliche Projektrisikobeurteilung und Definition von Massnahmen zur Risikominimierung

Hochschulstudium Universität / Technische Hochschule / Fachhochschule der Fachrichtung Chemie, Pharmazie, Life Sciences Sicheres Auftreten mit guter Kommunikationsstärke (stufen- resp. kundengerecht) Leadership Qualitäten, Durchsetzungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Beurteilungsvermögen, Teamplayer Eigenverantwortlicher und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil Kostenbewusstes Denken, Planen und Handeln Leistungs- und ergebnisorientiert, initiativ, innovativ, strukturiert und flexibel Lösungsorientierte, analytische Denkweise Kundenorientiertes handeln  Gute Kenntnisse der GMP Richtlinie im Bereich Pharmaindustrie Erfahrungen im internationalem Umfeld von Vorteil Beherrschen und Anwenden der betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Computerkenntnisse (MS Office, MS Project SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
