Financial Accountant

For our Headquarters in Kilchberg we are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Financial Accountant (50% work pensum), reporting to the Head of Accounting.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Statutory and management (IFRS) accounts of the management company Lindt & Sprüngli Financière AG (general ledger, sub-ledger accounts payable)Booking of bank and general ledger transactionsMonthly standard entriesReconciliation of balance sheet accountsRecording of finance results in group reporting software (Cognos)Tax filings, i.e. Swiss VATIntercompany reconciliation on a quarterly baseConducting monthly closings of general ledger Year-end closing of sub-ledger and statutory and management acocuntsAssist in the external audit (preparation before and support during audit)Supporting the preparation of forecasts and budgetAssist in Corporate TreasuryDaily and/or monthly reconciliation of outstanding transactions YOUR PROFILE:Swiss certified accountant („Fachfrau/-mann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (EFA)”)Experience in accounting, especially month-end and year-end closings - ideally in a holding accounting environmentStrong knowledge of and experience with the accounting software ABACUSKnowledge of OR (code of obligation) and IFRSKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordAnalytical, logical and conceptual capabilitiesProactive thinking, solution-oriented work approachGood communication and collaboration skillsFlexible, reliable, trustworthy and loyal Resilient, able to work under pressureHigh quality standardsExcellent verbal and written skills in German and English We offer a challenging position with interesting perspectives in an international and dynamic environment.
