We are looking for a Financial Accountant with dedicated competency for general ledger and sub-ledger. Start would be as soon as possible.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Statutory and management (IFRS) accounts of the management companies (general ledger, sub-ledger accounts receivable and payable)
- Booking of bank and general ledger transactions
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Recording of finance results in group reporting software (IBM Cognos)
- Processing payment runs
- Monthly and year-end closing
- Assisting in the external audit
- Supporting the preparation of forecasts and budget
- Insurance recharges (ensuring that budgeted and forecasted charges are communicated to the subsidiaries)
- Intercompany recharges Stock Options
- First level support to users and maintenance of SAP Concur (travel expense reporting tool)
- Administrative support

YOUR PROFILE:

- Swiss certified accountant („Fachfrau/-mann Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen (EFA)”)
- Experience in accounting - especially month-end and year-end closings
- Strong knowledge of and experience with the accounting software ABACUS
- Knowledge of OR (Code of obligation) and IFRS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient German and English language skills
- Analytical, logical and conceptual capabilities
- Resilient, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Proactive thinking and teamplayer
