Le poste d'Engineering Business Manager est un poste idéal pour une personne ayant une attitude polyvalente combinant un sens aigu des affaires et un esprit entrepreneurial.

Le rôle: Engineering Business Manager

Responsabilités:  

Activité de vente

Développement commercial

Élaborer une stratégie commerciale à court et moyen terme visant à stimuler la croissance des revenus au sein du périmètre.

Identifier les clients (Grands Comptes et PME) qui pourraient être amenés à travailler avec des consultants externes sur des projets dans l’univers de l’ingénierie produit, la R&D, les installations industrielles ou encore les process et la qualité.

Contribuer à l'ouverture et au développement de nouveaux comptes commerciaux.

Prospecter pour identifier et générer des opportunités de vente (cold calling, emailing, social selling, etc.)

Préparer et participer à des réunions de vente avec de nouveaux clients potentiels.

Cultiver un esprit d'extra mile dans tous les points de contact de vente

Contribuer aux activités de Market Intelligence (MI), en participant à la création d'analyses de marché sectorielles, technologiques et concurrentielles.

Mettre à jour notre CRM (Hubspot) et les processus financiers et administratifs.

Travailler avec l'équipe Sales Ops pour définir la stratégie de développement commercial afin de cibler les clients nouveaux/existants.

Ce périmètre t'appartient, tu seras autonome pour le développer, à toi de travailler et présenter le business plan à atteindre, nous validerons ensemble les moyens nécessaires pour y arriver

Gestion des comptes

Participer à la définition de la stratégie de gestion des comptes clés pour garantir la satisfaction des clients et la croissance des revenus.

Aider à la gestion des relations avec les clients existants

Maintenir et augmenter les ventes des comptes clés

Gestion financière et administrative

Suivi des projets avec vos clients

Suivi de l'évolution de nos consultants avec vos clients

Mettre à jour notre CRM (Hubspot) et les processus financiers et administratifs.

Recrutement

Travailler avec l'équipe de recrutement pour définir la stratégie de recrutement afin d'engager les consultants les plus appropriés pour nos clients.

Rencontrer les candidats pour les entretiens

Fournir un soutien technique à l'équipe de recrutement dans la recherche et le recrutement de profils.

Gestion

Gérer et suivre les relations avec les consultants de votre périmètre, en s'impliquant dans la définition de leur parcours professionnel et en gérant la relation avec leurs clients.

Être le principal point de contact pour assurer la satisfaction des consultants de votre périmètre

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe RH pour développer un parcours de carrière adapté et évolutif

Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance de l'activité et du recrutement

Piloter les profits et les pertes de votre périmètre, en gérant vos revenus et vos coûts.


Ce que nous recherchons :

Tu as une expérience en société de conseil de minimum 2 ans. Une expérience dans un secteur similaire à celui que tu couvrirais chez Ekkiden est un atout.

Une personnalité Une personne autonome, persévérante, avec une envie folle de s'impliquer, d'avoir un impact, et de participer à un projet entrepreneurial ambitieux au sein d'une équipe passionnée et motivée.

Un sens aigu des affaires, désireux de développer un "esprit de vente".

Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite

Hautement organisé et orienté vers les résultats

Fortes compétences interpersonnelles

Une expérience préalable dans un domaine similaire serait un plus.

La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable. Toute autre langue (espagnol, allemand, italien) serait un plus
