Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsible for financial accounting and reporting (IFRS & local Swiss GAAP statutory) including monthly IFRS reporting in the respective FCRS reporting tool Preparing the annual statutory Financial Statements and Notes as well as coordination with the KPMG audit team Provides services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions. Interacts proactively with all functional areas of FRA Ops to ensure appropriate accounting and financial reporting Supports continuous improvement, process changes to have an efficient and effective process Strong communication with the Venture Fund Team to coordinate the appropriate reporting of financial assets Clear understanding of the Cash Flow statement to provide accurate and reliable information to Group FRA and the Venture fund team at month end Monthly payment coordination with the TCM team in Prague and Cash Management in Basel to insure the proper funding of financial assets Responsible for the yearly financial forecast in investments, stocks, and other M&A financial projects. Be the single point of contact for the yearly financial asset valuation with an external provider, to ensure accurate reporting and valuation of the NVF financial asset portfolio Coordinator for corporate entities related Blackline (balance sheet reconciliation) control and compliance Lead LSI and Step Out process for corporate entities

Must Haves

University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant / MBA desirable Preferred Swiss Certified Public Accountant or Swiss Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting English (written and spoken) 5 years of financial / accounting experience, with in-depth functional expertise; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national organization Experience in managing projects driving performance improvements High SAP and IFRS / Swiss Statutory reporting knowledge
