Electrical engineer

Responsible for project delivery quality and related customer satisfaction.
Execute professional services delivery incl. installation, commissioning and integration, related with client solutions: UPS systems, batteries, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and other cooling technologies, Datacenter monitoring systems, and modular & prefabricated Datacenter.
Organize, manage and cooperate with subcontractors and partners. Train certified channel partners and spread expertise to boost sales through channel enablement capabilities.
Ensures that data centers solutions & design made at presales level comply with all local health and safety requirements. Work with Sales to provide successful build implementations within specified timelines. Cooperate with presales to quote and analyze service costs.
Lead in problem resolution and trending. Full availability for incident management and data center emergency response. Support key customers when required, at highest escalation level in critical installations.
Responsibility and oversight for customer implementations, including review and approval of proposed Service Level Agreements and Contract changes.
Responsible for site safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of data center integration system, including: UPS systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, cooling system and monitoring systems. Understand European Union and Swiss regulations, criteria and running standards on DC such as uptime. Electrical related certification, Autocad or related certification will be preferred. Candidate must display confidence in client-facing situations. With good skills to communicate with customers or consultants. Team player with excellent consultative and communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, partners and consultants.
