Der Fokus dieser Stelle liegt im Procure-to-Pay Prozess, zusätzlich der Prozessüberwachung und Analyse der Beschaffungsdaten.

Du bearbeitest selbständig und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Procurement Managern die Bestellanforderungen und bist verantwortlich für die Bestellabwicklung. Zudem betreust du einen dir zugeteilten Fachbereich im Rekrutierungsprozess für die Anstellung von externen Mitarbeitenden in SAP Fieldglass und führst Preisverhandlungen. Du unterstützt interne Enduser bei Anwender- und Prozessfragen und testest neue Funktionen und Prozesse in den Beschaffungssystemen.

Du bist verantwortlich für die Erweiterung des Power BI Dashboard. Mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten nimmst du neue Anforderungen entgegen, erstellst Reports, analysierst die Daten und bereitest diese im Power BI auf. Die Überwachung der Beschaffungsprozesse und das Stammdatenmanagement runden das spannende Aufgabengebiet ab.
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf, Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel, PowerBI, MS-Teams, Word, PowerPoint etc.) sowie SAP Toolkenntnisse
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit fachliche Themen einfach, verständlich und empfängergerecht zu vermitteln
  • Grosse Begeisterung für Daten und Analysen
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude am direkten Kontakt mit internen Kunden
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Englisch sind ein Plus
