Your team

La division Technology & Operations assure la conception et l’intégration d’une grande diversité de solutions informatiques allant des systèmes de gestion de portefeuille aux plateformes de trading en passant par les applications bancaires et les outils de gestion d’entreprise. A l’origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, la division est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d’administration de fonds.

Au sein du département Transaction Processing vous rejoindrez le pôle d’expertise investigations du Service Titres & Cash transferts en charge d’effectuer le troubleshooting sur l’ensemble des paiements relatifs à la clientèle.

Your role

- Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations journalières : volume, production et qualité.
- S'occuper du suivi, des investigations et des recherches liées aux paiements reçus et émis, gestion de la réconciliation.
- Traiter les incidents reports pour l’ensemble des services back office.
- Assurer la facturation, le traitement et la validation d’ordre de paiements.
- Assurer le traitement au premier niveau des hits de compliance.

Your profile

- Formation à orientation bancaire / économique, de maturité ou équivalent par expérience.
- Trois ans d’expérience au sein d’un département trafic des paiements et/ou investigation espèces.
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais.
- Maîtrise des messages Swift relatif au trafic des paiements.
- Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques usuels, ainsi qu’avec des outils de messagerie bancaire et traitement des hits provenant des contrôles embargo ou sur base de listes de sanctions.
- Connaissance des réglementations locales et européennes sur le trafic des paiements, ainsi que les règles locales de marché selon les devises.
- Esprit orienté clients.
- Excellente maitrise de la gestion des processus, précis.
- Domicile en Suisse requis.
