Your Tasks
Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, investigating and interpreting complex issues related to GBTS products such as flight simulatorsCoordinate on-site support with customers to resolve in-service issues and ensure compliance with Pilatus customer requirementsSupport GBTS software and hardware integration, evaluations and testingCollaborate with Pilatus internal stakeholders and customers for continuous improvementInvestigate reported failures and problems in GBTS software and hardware, providing timely resolutions Prepare, review and update technical documentation focusing on GBTS systemsWith this you convince us
University degree in aeronautical engineering, software engineering or a related field3+ years of experience in technical customer support roles within the aviation industryProven experience in troubleshooting complex systems, preferably within a simulation OEM environment, with a strong understanding of ground training systems including simulatorsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with customers and Pilatus internal stakeholdersProficiency in verbal, written communication, delivering technical concepts clearly and concisely as well as experience in writing technical documentsFluency in spoken and written English as well as willingness to travel internationallyWhat we offer
