Brand Manager and Launch Lead Prescription

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategies for key in-market prescription brands, aligned with global and regional guidance. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders to drive targeted Integrated Dermatology Strategy initiatives. Design and implement market research to identify unmet needs among healthcare professionals and patients, shaping targeted strategies and tactics. Lead the development and execution of the launch strategy for Nemolizumab, gathering market insights and building key opinion leader relationships. Inspire the sales force with the vision and ambition for the launch, organizing and presenting at local sales meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

Marketing experience with demonstrated leadership in launch readiness programs, preferably in Dermatology. Sales/Commercial Operations experience desirable. Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration. Strong business/commercial acumen and influencing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, with French being desirable. Curious and entrepreneurial mindset, proven learning agility, and a positive attitude. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
