Our client is a Commodity Trading company.

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Oversee administrative and operational aspects of purchase and sale transactions.
  • Budget and Contract Control: Manage transaction budgets and contracts.
  • Document Handling: Issue and control necessary transaction documents (LC, insurance, shipping, etc.).
  • Shipment Coordination: Organize and monitor shipments with customers and suppliers.
  • Communication: Maintain daily contact with clients, suppliers, and relevant parties.
  • Logistics and Stock Management: Oversee logistics operations and manage stock updates.


Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operator in soft commodities.
  • Excellent in English and fluent in French
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Commercial mindset
  • Good analytical mindset, very organized
  • Strong communication skills
