Conduite des opérations en mode nominal et en mode dégradé, optimisation de l'utilisation de la capacité du système aéroportuaire et maintien d'un haut niveau de service pour les clients de l'aéroport.

Vos missions

  • Remplacer le chef d'aérodrome au quotidien auprès des partenaires, de l'Office de l'Aviation Civile ainsi que du network manager (Eurocontrol)
  • Conduire et coordonner de manière transversale les activités de la plateforme aéroportuaire depuis l'Airport Operations Center (APOC) afin d'assurer une efficience opérationnelle et une ponctualité optimale
  • Optimiser l'utilisation de la capacité aéroportuaire avec les services concernés
  • Coordonner la planification journalière et saisonnière des opérations
  • Anticiper les risques de perturbation et gérer les situations opérationnelles dégradées
  • S'assurer de l'application et de l'optimisation des procédures d'exploitation afin d'améliorer la performance du système aéroportuaire
  • Déclencher la mise sur pied du plan d'urgence aéroportuaire
  • Conduire des séances opérationnelles en tant que représentant.e de l'Autorité aéroportuaire
  • Collecter et analyser des données opérationnelles dans le but de constamment optimiser et améliorer la ponctualité et l'efficience de l'exploitation
  • Assurer une représentativité de l'APOC/des ADM auprès des différentes entités aéroportuaires
  • Rendre compte des situations de manière efficiente
  • Assurer une communication fluide, ciblée et transversale au sein de la plateforme
  • Travailler selon des horaires irréguliers
  • Assurer ponctuellement un service de piquet

Compétences recherchées

  • Être au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure ou jugée équivalente et d'une expérience aéroportuaire transversale de plusieurs années (landside et airside)
  • Bénéficier d'une expérience dans les domaines du management et de la gestion de crise
  • Maitriser les outils informatiques de bureautique (MS Office)
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français et l'anglais, toute autre langue représentant un atout
  • Démontrer un sens des responsabilités aigu et un esprit analytique développé
  • Posséder de l'aisance rédactionnelle et être à même de conduire des séances
  • Faire preuve d'esprit d'initiative, de dynamisme et d'une excellente gestion des priorités
  • Avoir la capacité à travailler en équipe et de manière autonome
  • Faire preuve de flexibilité, d'adaptabilité et d'entregent
  • Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration continue
