Im Auftrag einer renommierten Schweizer Privatbank suchen wir auf den nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n AssistentIn für zwei Kundenberater im Private Wealth Management.

Aufgaben

Unterstützung der Kundenberater in allen administrativen Aspekten der Beratung und Betreuung, einschließlich AML Alerts, Abwicklung und Überprüfung von Kundenaufträgen (Börse, Devisen, Zahlungsaufträge usw.);

  • Sie führen Kontoeröffnungen aus (auch bei komplexeren Strukturen), Saldierungen und Mutationen; und pflegen und aktualisieren Kundendaten und bewirtschaften das Cash Management.
  • Sie bearbeiten das KYC und arbeiten eng mit den Spezialisten der 1st und 2nd Line of Defense im Bereich KYC-Upgrade zusammen.
  • Sie überwachen Saldo- und Fälligkeitslisten sowie Titelin- und Auslieferungen.
  • Sie pflegen telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontakt zu Kunden, beantworten Anfragen selbständig oder leiten diese bei Bedarf weiter.
  • Zusammen mit dem Kundenberater empfangen Sie Kunden und bereiten die Kundenbesuche vor und führen das Follow-Up.
  • Sie erstellen Präsentationen und Berichte, erledigen verschiedene organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben und üben eine stellvertretende Funktin im Team aus.
Qualifikation
  • Kaufmännische Bank-Ausbildung
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Private Banking
  • Interesse für Finanzmärkte und Wirtschaft
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, exakte, speditive Arbeitsweise und gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Ausgeglichene, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit positiver Lebenseinstellung
  • Freude und Interesse am Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Teamplayer
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
