INTRODUCTION:
Für unseren Kunden mit Standort in Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit alsTeamleiter Service Solutions (a) 100%Es handelt sich um eine Stelle mit unbefristetem Vertrag und mit Startdatum so bald wie möglich oder nach Vereinbarung.ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
  • Standortverantwortung sowie Aufbau und Führung eines Teams
  • Betreuung eigener Projekte sowie die selbstständige Abwicklung von Serviceaufträgen inkl. Akquisition, Offertenerstellung, Auslegung und Organisation der Servicearbeiten, Projektcontrolling, Übergabe und Abschluss
  • Koordination der Arbeiten mit dem Auftraggeber
  • Akquise von Neukunden sowie Pflege und Betreuung von bestehenden Auftraggebern und Endkunden inklusive erstellen eines Businessplans
  • Erfahrung in Projekten mit Anpassungen, Erweiterungen und Optimierungen von thermischen Anlagen
  • P&L Verantwortung
REQUIRED PROFILE:
  • Eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Ingenieur HF/FH (Fachrichtung Maschinen-bau/Verfahrenstechnik/therm. Energietechnik)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich des Wasser- Dampf-Kreislauf
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld thermischer Anlagen, Fernwärme sowie in der Inbetriebnahme von Heiz-(kraft) werken
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern von Vorteil
  • Ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative sowie eine ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zum Reisen
