Supply Chain Manager

Pour l'un de nos clients, un acteur important spécialisé en haute joaillerie basé dans le canton de Neuchâtel, nous recherchons un Supply Chain Manager FR/ANG (H/F) : 

Vos Responsabilités :


  • Superviser l'ensemble de la chaine logistique en amont et en aval sur plusieurs sites.
  • Manager l’ensemble des équipes du département Procurement & Supply Chain (approvisionnements, achats, stocks, planification, etc.).
  • Optimiser et gérer les différents niveaux de stock et diriger les achats multisites.
  • Planifier la fabrication des produits en fonction des paramètres réels : besoins des clients, disponibilité des machines et du personnel.
  • Assurer la performance logistique opérationnelle, incluant la gestion des stocks et le traitement des ordres de fabrication.
  • Gérer la charge de travail et la capacité sur des horizons à court et moyen terme.
  • Adapter les plans de production pour optimiser le ratio charge/capacité et augmenter la flexibilité des unités de production afin de gérer les surcharges.
  • Anticiper et réaliser les approvisionnements de matières nécessaires à la production.
  • Identifier et sélectionner les sous-traitants en fonction des besoins.
  • Gérer les interactions avec les sous-traitants, incluant la répartition des charges de travail.
  • Surveiller et optimiser en temps réel les niveaux de stock de composants, produits finis et semi-finis.
  • Assurer la mise en place et le suivi des indicateurs de performance du département.
  • Gérer des projets, y compris la documentation et le suivi via l'ERP
  • Garantir le bon déroulement et les résultats des inventaires annuels.


Votre Profil :

 

  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée en tant que Responsable d’un département Supply Chain au sein d’une entreprise active dans le domaine industriel.
  • Vous bénéficiez d’excellentes compétences managériales et d’un leadership naturel.
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française, tout autre langue est un atout pour ce poste.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et savez mener à bien différents projets en lien avec la Supply Chain.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
  • Vous bénéficiez d’un très fort esprit d’équipe, de fortes capacités relationnelles et diplomates.
