Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your roleIn the role of a Lead Consultant – Controls OT, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required10+ years of experience in Control System engineering, SW development for closed loop control, signal processing, Control Dynamics & Simulations and Verification & ValidationProcess Control and/or automation of thermal plants and turbomachines in power plants Experience with Matlab-Simulink and/or other real time simulatorKnowledge in oversight of control system policies and procedures Good analytical skills with creative, solution-focused approach PreferredGood technical knowledge in the areas of common used control system technologies and programming e.g. ALSPA, ABB Advant, AC/xA, Siemens PCS7, GE MARK VIe or equivalentExperience in technical project management for execution and/or development of Controls projectsKnowledge in fieldbus systems, industrial network, control architectures and related IT infrastructureSoftware development skills (C++/C#, SQL, Java, Python) or prompt engineeringGood knowledge of industrial Safety principles and cyber securityPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
