Créée il y a plus de quatre ans, Panthéon Recherche est une start-up en pleine explosion qui rend l'analyse financière accessible à tous.

Notre but : proposer aux millions de particuliers français des informations d’investissement (bourse, crypto monnaies, macroéconomie etc.) de haute qualité, à prix très accessible.

L’activité est entièrement en ligne et portée par l’acquisition et le marketing digital, avec une vue vers un développement international rapide.

Après quelques mois, plus de 250 000 personnes lisent déjà nos publications quotidiennes (presque autant que Le Monde ou Le Figaro, et plus que Les Echos). Nous cherchons des entrepreneurs ou intrapreneurs ambitieux pour nous aider dans ce très fort développement



Vous voulez relever un très beau défi ? Le COO devra :

  • Mettre en place des actions marketing ciblées et innovantes à fort résultat - nous souhaitons une personne opérationnelle

  • Superviser la ligne éditoriale des différents produits et écrire des articles avec la méthode du copywriting

  • Structurer l’entreprise pour accompagner la croissance

  • Participer à la stratégie globale de l’entreprise et au développement de son chiffre d’affaire

  • Comprendre comment fonctionne tout le parcours marketing de l’entreprise

  • Réaliser l’ensemble des reportings afin d’assurer le suivi des KPIs

  • Féderer, accompagner et faire monter en compétences les collaborateurs



Responsabilités

  • Entre 8 et 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du marketing/digital

  • Vous avez de l’expérience ou au moins une affinité pour le marketing et la rédaction dans le but de vendre

  • Vous appréciez le milieu de l’investissement et de l’économie

  • Vous êtes très dynamique, enjoué avec une forte capacité d’écoute tout en faisant preuve de leadership

  • Vous faites preuve d’une grande humilité et êtes capable d’accepter les conseils de vos collègues

  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience managériale, idéalement acquise dans un milieu entrepreneurial / start-up

  • Vous apportez de nouvelles idées et vous n’avez pas peur d’apprendre par l’erreur

  • Vous êtes ouvert d’esprit et la nouveauté ne vous fait pas peur
