  • Essendo la persona di contatto per lerichieste personali delle collaboratrici e dei collaboratori, saraia loro disposizione e creerai un clima difiducia.
  • Procedendo con metodicità, risolveraiin modo mirato i conflitti d'interesse tra i varistakeholder coinvolti e contribuirai a un miglioramento deiprocessi sul lungo termine.
  • Stabilirai egestirai routine di trasformazione efficaci a livello individuale,degli iter procedurali e dell'architetturaorganizzativa.
  • Integrerai nel backlog dellacomunità People & Transformation di I/T le sfideche non potranno essere risolte all'interno del cluster e,lavorando in stretta collaborazione con le HR, contribuirai asuperarle.
  • Assicurerai la creazione e ilperfezionamento di team altamente performanti, garantendo lo spazionecessario per la crescita professionale di ciascuna collaboratricee ciascun collaboratore.

  • Hai concluso una formazionesuperiore in economia aziendale o in ambito tecnico con unperfezionamento nel settore della gestione dei cambiamenti / dellatrasformazione e/o del coachingsistemico.
  • Possibilmente disponi anche di unacertificazione nel framework agile SAFe.
  • Oltrea un attestato delle prestazioni aziendali che testimonia attivitàgestionali di successo in un ambiente digitale, vanti conoscenzeapprofondite ed esperienze concrete nell'impiego dei piùmoderni strumenti di direzione e gestione aziendale, come lagestione di team interdisciplinari e l'utilizzo di metodiagili.
  • Coniughi con il giusto equilibrio iruoli di imprenditore/trice, coach e tessitore/trice di reti eincarni la nostra cultura, dall'approccio pragmatico eimprontata alla collaborazione tra le nostreunità.
