How you make a difference

  • As People & Transformation Lead, you shape the organizational development of the cloud cluster and help to establish a growth mindset.
  • You manage HR processes efficiently within the scope of your HR budget, including recruitment, onboarding, support and offboarding. To achieve this, you use the right mix of internal and external staff.
  • As the contact person dealing with employees' personal matters, you are available to help them and create an atmosphere of trust.
  • You apply your methodological expertise to resolve conflicts of interest between the stakeholders involved in a solution-oriented way and contribute to the long-term improvement of processes.
  • You establish and maintain successful transformation routines at individual, procedural organization and structural organization levels.
  • You incorporate challenges that cannot be resolved within the cluster into the backlog of the I/T-wide People & Transformation community and – in close collaboration with HR – help to overcome them.
  • You succeed in building and developing high-performance teams and create an environment where all employees can pursue their careers.

What you have to offer

  • You have higher education business management or technical qualifications with further training in the field of transformation/change management and/or systemic coaching.
  • Ideally, you also have certification in the SAFe agile framework.
  • With a strong track record in business, including successful leadership roles in the digital environment, you have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of using modern leadership and business management tools. This includes managing interdisciplinary teams and applying agile methods.
  • You embody our culture: pragmatic and united for our units and able to strike the right balance between entrepreneur, coach and networker.
  • You are a team player, part of a management team and act on an equal footing at different levels.
  • You communicate well in various languages – and have good knowledge of German and English to round off your profile. Knowledge of a second national language is an advantage.
