Paris - Genève En cours Formations BAC +4/5 (école d'ingénieur, école de commerce, université…). Langue Vous avez pour habitude de collaborer avec des équipes établies à l’étranger ; votre anglais est courant. Mobilité Déplacements à l’international à prendre en considération. Compétences De formation supérieure BAC +4/5 (école de commerce, ingénieur…), vous êtes toujours à l’affût des dernières tendances sur l'exploitation des données et les outils d'analyse, et vous disposez d’une expérience significative, de plus de 10 ans, sur des missions similaires acquise au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou d’une ESN. Vous avez une expérience sur des outils de data visualisation (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Microstrategy etc.), sur des outils de traitements de données (Informatica, Datastage, SSIS, Talend, MS Azure, etc.) ou sur des outils de datalake / big data (Hadoop, Mongo DB, Spark, MS Azure, Cloudera..) . Vous êtes à l’aise avec les gens, rigoureux(se), autonome et pro-actif(ve). Vous avez une curiosité naturelle et spécifiquement des technologies actuelles et à venir (Big Data, IA, etc.). Vous parvenez à identifier et satisfaire les besoins clients avec des livrables de qualité et vous savez relayer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales

Poste & responsabilités

En tant que Manager Data & Analytics, vous accompagnerez les clients d’Adone Conseil dans la mise en place du pilotage et du suivi de leurs activités stratégiques et opérationnelles.

Vous interviendrez sur l’analyse et la construction des données de différents domaines fonctionnels (finance, vente, logistique, CRM etc.) afin de mettre en place les KPIs de pilotage pertinents pour nos clients.

Vous aurez la responsabilité des actions suivantes :

Définition de la roadmap projets, pilotage du budget, principes de gouvernance Gestion des avant-ventes : rédaction de proposition commerciale, soutenance, négociation de contrat, Réalisation d’étude fonctionnelles amont projet Mise en place de modèles de delivery, Appel d’offres éditeurs et sélection technologies Audit et design de processus Animation de réunions et des comités de pilotage, Industrialisation des innovations digitales : gouvernance, socle technique, documentation et support Management d’équipe, recrutement, staffing, coaching, suivi de carrière, Conduite du changement

En mission chez nos clients, cela ne vous empêchera pas de vous investir en interne en portant les valeurs d’Adone et contribuer au développement du cabinet (favoriser les initiatives, les offres ..).
