Job Description
Le titulaire de ce poste a la responsabilité de gérer les aspects PA (Assurance Produit) de projets spatiaux selon les mandats qui lui sont confiés. Il sera en particulier responsable de l'assurance qualité produits concernant les horloges atomiques et/ou oscillateurs ultra-stables , mais pourra être amené à contribuer à d'autres projets/produits.
Responsabilités
- Management des activités PA en accord avec le plan PA et le Manuel Qualité
- Coordination des disciplines PA (fiabilité, EEE, matériaux et processus, gestion de la configuration et de la documentation)
- Responsabilité des processus de (delta) qualification concernant la fabrication de différents produits selon besoin (au niveau interne et au niveau sous-traitant)
- Contact avec le client pour les aspects qualité des projets concernés.
- Contrôle de l'état du produit : traçabilité des exigences, inspections « Points-clés » (KIP/MIP) sur le matériel et les dossiers de fabrication, suivi des activités de vérification et de recette, état de la configuration appliquée
- Suivi de l'activité des sous-contractants et des sous-traitants.
- Gestion et participation à la résolution des NCR / dérogations / déviations / problèmes / accidents.
- Suivi des actions PA des projets concernés et des enregistrements qualité.
- Maintenir les fichiers des enregistrements qualité et PA.
- Supervision des activités de vérification et d'acceptation au niveau qualité.
- Soutien aux processus de fabrication, aux revues de projet et aux rapports.
- Revue de la documentation projet.
- Préparation des EIDP (End Item Data Package).
Votre profil
- De préférence Ing. dipl. en Electronique avec une expérience en qualité spatiale
- Vous êtes une personne responsable, aimez travailler en équipe et réalisez vos tâches dans les délais impartis et avec autonomie
- Vous avez le sens de la communication et des relations clientèle et êtes capable de passer d'une activité à une autre sans aucune difficulté
