Roles & Objectives:
Support the Product Development Team by arranging various manufacturing tests, laboratory analyses, and related activities.
The main responsibilities include:
- Receiving and Consolidating Test Demands: Gather and consolidate the upcoming test requirements from the Product Development Team to ensure all necessary tests are identified and planned.
- Coordinating with Testing Facilities: Address the test demands to the relevant testing facilities, such as factories and laboratories, ensuring they understand the requirements and timelines.
- Monitoring Testing Schedules: Follow up on testing schedules to ensure that tests are prioritized correctly and completed on time. Keep all involved parties informed about any changes in scope or schedule.
- Managing Test Materials: Ensure the availability of test materials at the desired locations by creating orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Creating Laboratory Test Requests: Generate requests for laboratory testing based on the Product Development Team's demands. Follow up with the laboratory to prioritize tests and ensure timely readiness of results.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all testing activities, results, and communications. Provide regular updates to the Product Development Team and other stakeholders.
- University degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or another technical/science field (Bachelor or Master)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Good collaboration and communication skills
