Aufgaben
  • Du erstellst kommerzielle Konzepte für Kundenprojekte und unterstützt sowie berätst das Vertriebsteam.
  • Du führst gerne kommerzielle Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten und greifst bei Vertragsstörungen während der Projektausführung ein.
  • Du entwickelst Finanzierungskonzepte, Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen, Rahmenverträge und andere Drittverträge in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teams aus Finanz- und Rechtsabteilungen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Forderungsmanagement.
  • Du bist leidenschaftlich darin, effiziente kommerzielle Prozesse zu implementieren und zu verbessern und treibst diese Initiativen aktiv voran.

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität, Fachhochschule, MBA) in Betriebswirtschaft/Recht oder Betriebswirtschaft mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (z.B. Exportmanager, höhere Fachprüfung etc.) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis des internationalen Vertragsrechts, der Exportfinanzierung (einschließlich Steuern, Handelsangelegenheiten und Sanktionen, Compliance, Logistik, etc.) sowie der finanziellen Zusammenhänge.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung in der Verhandlung von Projekten mit internationalen Kunden.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Geschäftsreisen (ca. 10%).
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität.
  • Proaktive, positive, zuverlässige, unternehmerische und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit.
