Was dich erwartet

Als Senior Fund Accountant bist du im Lead bei der Fondsbuchhaltung unserer Anlagestiftung sowie bei speziellen Lebensversicherungsprodukten und Anlagefonds.Im Daily Business sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf: Von der Verbuchung der Vermögenswerte über die Berechnung und Validierung des Nettoinventarwerts (NAV) bis zur Publikation der NAVs hast du den Überblick über die Prozesse.Konkret erwarten dich diese Aufgaben: Du berechnest täglich den Nettoinventarwert (NAV) und publizierst diesen. Du verbuchst Anteilsgeschäfte und kümmerst dich um die Auszahlung an Kund:innen. Du bereitest den Jahresabschluss auf bis zur Abnahme durch die Revision. Du erstellst spezifische Kunden-Reports. Du fungierst als interne Ansprechperson für alle operativen Belangen der BAP. Du koordinierst die internen Teams und den externen Service Provider zur Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Abwicklung von Fund Accounting relevanten Services. Wir arbeiten eng mit vielen Fachbereichen des Konzernbereichs Asset Management zusammen und versuchen stetig unsere Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe so zu optimieren, damit wir die höchstmögliche operative Exzellenz erreichen. Ausserdem weisst du Prioritäten in diesem dynamischen Umfeld richtig zu setzen und bist ein:e flexible:r Teamplayer:in.Was du ausserdem als Senior Fund Accountant mitbringen solltest: Abschluss (Uni/FH) in Accounting, Finance oder vergleichbare Ausbildung fundiertes Wissen von Finanzprodukten einschliesslich Aktien, Obligationen, Derivate und alternative Anlagen 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Fund Accountant bzw. Fund Administrator in einem Finanzinstitut o.ä. vertiefte Kenntnisse von Fund Accounting Prinzipien und Praktiken einschliesslich NAV Kalkulation und Performance-Analyse von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit SimCorp Dimension, Kenntnisse über BVV2, BVG und OAK-Verordnungen sowie im Bereich Immobilien-Fonds sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
