Sales Operations Manager

What you’ll do:
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Working on the Company’s CRM tool – Salesforce.
Strategic Project Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key strategic initiatives and projects within the Enterprise Business Domain.
- Provide project management support, including planning, coordination, and execution of strategic assignments and initiatives.
Business Reviews and Reporting:
- Coordinate and facilitate regular business reviews and meetings with sales leadership and key stakeholders to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for business reviews, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation to drive operational excellence and scalability.
Forecasting and Budget Management:
- Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with the Finance team to ensure alignment with revenue targets and financial objectives.
- Monitor and track sales expenses and budget utilization, and provide variance analysis to optimize resource allocation and cost management.
What we expect:
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations roles in international Telecom or CPaaS business.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and data to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
