Stellenbeschreibung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Buchhaltungsarbeiten im Neben- und Hauptbuch
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortlich für Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Intercompany-Abrechnungen und quartalsweise Abstimmung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung Mwst-Abrechnung und Umsatzabstimmung
  • Aufbereitung von Auswertungen und Analysen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in Ausbildung oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung als Fachmann/-frau in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, idealerweise gute Excel- und SAP (FI/CO)-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, präzise und zielgerichtet zu arbeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständige Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und hohem Pflicht- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude am Arbeiten mit Systemen und an der Vorantreibung der Digitalisierung
