Führung und Förderung eines Teams von 5 bis 10 Mitarbeitenden Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktentwicklung, Produktion, Quality, Regulatory Affairs und Product Care Elektronik und Software Verantwortung für die Produktpflege und den Produktunterhalt (Lifecycle Engineering) Mitarbeit bei der Analyse unserer Beatmungsgeräte bei Qualitätsproblemen in der Produktion und im Markt Sicherstellung von Konformität und Qualität der Produkte die sich auf dem Markt befinden Durchführen von Dokument- und DesignreviewsDas bringst du mit :
Abgeschlossenes Ingenieur Studium (FH, Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Biomedical Engineering oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung oder Produkt Lifecycle Engineering Führungserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion erwünscht Erfahrung im Bereich Requirements Engineering Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Stärke in Kreativität, Planung und Realisierung Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und entsprechende Schlussfolgerungen einem interdisziplinären Team verständlich zu präsentieren und danach effizient umzusetzen Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams in zeit- und qualitätskritischen Änderungsprojekten Gutes Kommunikationsverhalten Integer, loyal und zuverlässig Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Hands-on Mentalität Team-Player, der belastbar, lösungsorientiert ist und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit sich bringt Erfahre mehr über berufliche Möglichkeiten bei Hamilton unter.
