Carrying out design control for development projects
Support with supplier evaluation
Interface between Process Care, Product Care and Development
Support for design and process risk management
Contact point for quality management issues during the development project
Support with design verification and validation
Carrying out or accompanying supplier audits
Support with design transfer
Participation in the continuous improvement process
That's what you bring along:
Degree in natural sciences (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, physics, process engineering) or tecnical apprenticeship with further training
Several years of experience in the field of design quality engineering or design control of medical devices according to the requirements of 21 CFR Part 820, Regulation (EU) 2017/745, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14971
Training as an auditor is a plus
Experience with extrusion and injection molding in a medical device environment is a plus
Knowledge of biocompatibility and hygiene requirements is a plus
Fluent written and spoken German, ideally with a good command of English
Confident manner and pragmatism in interdisciplinary teams during product development
Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
