In this role, you will work closely with the founding team to define product strategy, solve complex user problems, and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences from concept to launch. You will have end-to-end ownership of meaningful product initiatives, influencing both the visual direction and functionality of a fast-growing platform. Working alongside talented designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help transform sophisticated AI capabilities into practical tools that empower sales professionals. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, exceptional design execution, and hands-on product development in an ambitious, remote-first startup environment. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul lipShape product strategy and contribute to key decisions regarding product direction, visual identity, interaction design, and overall user experience. /p /li lipLead product design projects end to end, from identifying user problems and defining requirements to prototyping, implementation, and release. /p /li lipDesign intuitive user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for new features and existing product improvements. /p /li lipTranslate complex workflows and technical capabilities into simple, effective, and engaging experiences for B2B sales professionals. /p /li lipDesign AI-powered interactions that help users work more efficiently while maintaining transparency, control, and alignment with their intentions. /p /li lipCollaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and the founding team to ensure high-quality implementation and consistent execution. /p /li lipContribute directly to product development by translating designs into production-ready code when appropriate, working alongside developers or independently using modern development tools. /p /li lipMaintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the design process, ensuring that the final product meets high standards for usability, functionality, and visual quality. /p /li lipConduct customer research and gather insights through direct conversations with users and collaboration with Sales and Customer Support teams. /p /li lipBuild, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems that promote consistency, efficiency, and quality across the product. /p /li lipParticipate in regular design critiques, share constructive feedback, and help establish a strong design culture that encourages continuous learning and high creative standards. /p /li lipContribute to a collaborative design practice spanning both product and brand, helping strengthen the overall visual and creative direction as the organization grows. /p /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul lipAt least 6 years of experience designing software products in a product-focused environment, with shipped projects that demonstrate your approach, decision-making, and impact. /p /li lipA strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design, visual communication, interaction design, and the ability to turn complex problems into clear, intuitive user experiences. /p /li lipExcellent design judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement. /p /li lipDemonstrated experience leading design initiatives in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. /p /li lipProven ability to deliver high-quality design work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic priorities, execution, and deadlines. /p /li lipExperience designing complex software workflows, ideally in B2B SaaS, productivity tools, sales technology, or other technically sophisticated products. /p /li lipUnderstanding of how to design AI-powered experiences that connect advanced capabilities with human needs, user intent, and effective decision-making. /p /li lipStrong prototyping skills and proficiency with Figma, alongside the ability to communicate design concepts clearly through interactive prototypes and visual presentations. /p /li lipComfort working with code and taking designs closer to production, including familiarity with GitHub and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor.
