Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. /p pThe primary objective of this role is to design and execute end-to-end data migration solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within a financial services environment, leveraging advanced skills in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL. The position requires conducting comprehensive database analysis, data profiling, and quality assessments to ensure data integrity and resolve complex migration anomalies across large, mission-critical datasets. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with business analysts, architects, and developers to define migration strategies, provide technical guidance, and maintain thorough documentation throughout the migration lifecycle. /p h3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3 h3Database Analysis /h3 ulliPerform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL /liliConduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses /liliGenerate migration reports /li /ul h3Transformation and Migration /h3 ulliDesign, develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM solutions /liliAnalyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications /liliPerform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity /liliDevelop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data /liliIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related data issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ulliWork closely with business analysts, architects and developers to gather migration requirements /liliProvide technical guidance and support during migration planning, execution, and post-go-live activities /liliDocument migration processes, technical specifications, and operational procedures /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ulliBachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field /lili5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects /liliProven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments /liliExperience with CRM systems in financial industries /liliHands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systems /liliStrong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python /liliRelational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) /liliAbility to develop complex automation, validation, transformation, and migration scripts /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy /liliVery good English level (verbal/written) /li /ul
